The world is moving fast right now, faster than most organizations were prepared to handle.

If you’re leading a product organization through this moment, you already know that. You’re making decisions at a pace that doesn’t leave much room for doubt, even when doubt is the honest response. The people around you are looking for answers you’re still working out.

Most product leaders don’t need someone to hand them a framework. They need someone to help them think out loud, articulate what they’re sensing but struggling to name, and commit to a strategy they can own.

My focus areas include organizational design, change management, and business strategy. In practice, that means working within product development organizations to reshape how teams are structured and helping turn a room full of individual opinions into a group with a shared sense of purpose.

Unlike traditional consultants, my experience has always been in-house and I’ve felt the weight of these decisions, not just advised on them.

If any of this resonates, I’d love to talk.

Nathaniel was brought in as an early UX product designer at Fictiv. He excelled at it and eventually led the team. But it wasn't his true superpower. Over six years, as our company grew from a 50 to 500-person global organization with genuinely complex workflows, he became the person I trusted to walk into a room full of competing priorities and leave with something that felt like a plan. He ran cross-functional sessions, reshaped processes, and helped people articulate what they actually wanted. He brought genuine empathy to it and it opened people up and led to real breakthroughs.

Nathaniel played an important role in shaping both the innovation culture and organizational effectiveness at the Electronics Research Lab. He has a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and translate it into clear direction, helping teams align around shared goals and ways of working. His contributions to organizational design and team dynamics had a meaningful impact on both collaboration and overall performance. I always valued our collaboration, particularly in how he connected strategic thinking with practical implementation.
